I am very satisfied with my bed and workstation! The gentleman who dropped it off were very kind and considerate of my home. As soon as they dropped it off I began to assemble. Assembly was a synch. I had it done within a few hours. After assembly was complete I did a closer inspection of everything I must say I was Impressed with the craftsmanship. It really is a beautiful piece of furniture. The bed arrived in good order and was easy to install. The color of the exterior is a near-perfect match with the existing trim in the bedroom, thanks to a selection made possible by a sales associate that I spoke with over the phone. We use the bed as a guest bed, and the company that has stayed at our house since the bed's arrival have given it rave reviews. All in all, we are very satisfied customers.

The Murphy was extremely easy to assemble and the quality is superb. And this time, we went with the white glove delivery and they were great! They set the parts where I asked them to and hauled off all of the garbage. Yay! It was worth the extra cost as the first Murphy we had them just drop the boxes in the driveway. We had to unpack and haul the furniture inside, then deal with recycling the huge boxes. From now on, it's white glove all the way."

I needed some way to make a playroom for my grandchildren but still have room for guests. I had shopped Murphy beds but was not happy with the material they were made of. I ran across The Bedderway on line. After reading the specs & several reviews and saw they had beds made of real wood, I ordered a horizontal bed. It took my husband & me about 1.5 - 2 hours to put it together (we are in our 60s). The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I already love it!!! I put the sheets on to sleep sideways because the grandkids are small enough to sleep 3 across that direction."
