Once you have chosen your wall bed and or wall bed project, you can either use our easy online ordering option or call us toll free to place your order over the phone. NOTE: All custom orders should be placed by calling us Toll Free 1-866-783-5105.

All orders place by Credit Card will immediately be placed in our production schedule. Checks or Money Orders will only be placed in our production schedule once received.

Cancellation / Returns

Once you have placed your order, you have 10 days to cancel.

All cancelled orders will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee and will be held back from your refund.

After 10 days a 35% charge (shipping not included) will be held back from any refunds. All beds are built to order.

Any returns after receiving your wall bed will have a 35% charge (not including shipping) and loss of original shipping fee, and the cost of the return shipment fee.

Shipping Damage

White Glove
*Shipping damage must be noted on the delivery receipt for damage claims to be submitted or replacement parts to be sent.  If you sign the paperwork without noting damage a claim cannot and will not be processed, nor will any replacement parts be given.

Threshold or Curbside
*Shipping damage must be noted on the delivery receipt OR you must contact Bedder Way within 7 days of the delivery date to receive any replacement parts.  After 7 days no parts or refunds will be given.
